eARTH DAY - OUR GLOBAL COMMUNITY

Our Blue Planet deserves being celebrated and protected every single day. Every time we get ready for a dive, every time we have the honour of being underwater, every time we walk along the beach, every time we take a breath. But doing this alone can be exhausting. For us, Earth Day is every day. But today we celebrate something more.

This #EarthDay we are celebrating community and collaborative action. The work that needs doing to fight the climate crisis and protect the ocean is best done together – and thankfully – you don’t have to look hard to find passionate people willing to help. This year we have seen that it is possible to connect with each other, work together and build community from a distance, even if that distance is across the globe. To celebrate, our wonderful contributor Wes Chew made an amazing graphic which shows our wonderful little #DiversForClimate team and where you can find them on this little blue marble we call home. We were drawn together by nothing more than a love for diving and protecting what we love (and the magic of social media of course!).

We are so thankful for each and every one of you that has joined us in our mission so far. Together we are wiser, more resilient, and are a force to be reckoned with.

Beautiful things come from working together.

Wishing you happy bubbles from around the world,

Divers for Climate.
